In this role, you will be integral in helping surgeons achieve optimal outcomes while ensuring a safe and sterile surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilize instruments and prepare the operating room meticulously for diverse surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons throughout operations by efficiently passing instruments, suturing incisions, and holding retractors as required.
Maintain the sterile field at all times during the procedure to minimize infection risks.
Monitor and ensure the functionality of surgical equipment, promptly addressing any concerns to maintain seamless operations.
Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them correctly on the operating table and applying sterile drapes tailored to the specific surgery.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily in hospital operating rooms or specialized surgical centers dedicated to advanced surgical techniques.
Success in this role requires exceptional focus and stamina in a high-pressure setting where precision is vital for patient outcomes.
