Surgical Technician / Tissue Processing Technician

Salary: $2392 / Week

Amergis is currentlyseeking experienced Surgical Technicians for TRAVEL assignments in Lebanon, NH!

Position Details:

Contract Length: 13 wks

Number of Openings: 1

Start Date: 10/6

Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 hours/wk Day shift

*Every otherweekend, every other holiday, on call required

Setting/Day to day

• OR with 26 spacious high-tech suites

• Care is provided to patients of all ages

Requirements

• Must have level 1 or 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years

• CST Required

The Surgical Technician/Tissue Processing Technician isresponsible for the sterilization of surgical equipment, arrange surgicalequipment and adjust medical tools to ensure that the surgical devices arefunctioning properly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Surgical Technologist certification as applicable per stateand/or client requirement

• One year experience as a Surgical Technician preferred(Tissue Processing Technologist - only)

• Degree in biology related field which includes a degree /certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
