Schedule: Full time, Weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6:30am-7pm)
Weekly Hours: 36.00
Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50
Pay Details: $7,500 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants who commit to two years of service. Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour; certified techs will begin at $25.50/hour, with increases based on relevant experience.

Department Overview:
Our operating room features 16 beds across two floors, delivering care to both adult and pediatric surgical patients. We support a diverse range of surgical cases, including:

• General Surgery
• Trauma Surgery
• Bariatrics
• Urology
• Gynecology
• Robotics
• Cardiovascular
• Plastics
• Ear-Nose-Throat
• Oral Surgery
• Pediatric Surgery
• Neurosurgery
• Peripheral Vascular Surgery
• Pediatric & Adult Orthopedic Trauma

Your Role: As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in surgical care. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting surgeons during procedures by preparing and organizing instruments and supplies.
• Anticipating the needs of the surgeon throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a Surgical Technology program.
• Must be registered as an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) with the North Dakota Board of Nursing upon commencing employment.
• National certification is preferred but not mandatory. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with or without certification.
