Salary Range: $86,650.99 - $134,309.04

The Surgical Assistant Nurse Leader plays a vital role in coordinating and managing the operational, financial, and administrative functions of the nursing unit, working closely with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division.

In this key position, you will:

• Mentor and support professional caregivers in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ensure effective communication and transitions for patients throughout their acute care experience.
• Provide visible leadership to specialty nursing staff during your assigned shift.
• Facilitate the provision of compassionate and competent patient care across inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
• Support the development and evaluation of policies, programs, and services aligned with the hospital's mission and vision.
• Collaborate with other service and department leaders to achieve short- and long-term objectives.

Available Positions: These roles require off shift and weekend coverage.
