Surgery - Vascular Physician

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Vascular Surgeon to work locum 24 hour call shifts in Youngstown, Ohio (OH). Starting October 3rd, the role offers a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Vascular Surgery role:

• Dates of Coverage: October 3-5
• Call Schedule: Night call, 50% ratio
• Average Cases/Day: 10
• Trauma Level: Level I
• Annual ER Volume: 250,000
• Operating Rooms: 2
• EMR: Epic
• Ancillary Staff: Full complement
• Patient Population: Adult and geriatric

Required Procedures - Vascular Surgery

• Aneurysm repairs: Thoracic, Abdominal, Peripheral
• Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt

Required Procedures - Endovascular Surgery

• Carotid Artery Stenting
• Bypass Surgery
• Aortofemoral Bypass
• Stenting
• Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions

Other Treatments

• Lymphedema
• Peripheral Artery Disease
• Gangrene of the limbs

REQUIRED:

OH Medical License Active and unrestricted

Board Certified in Vascular Surgery (FACS)

DEA, BLS and ACLS

Must be available for listed coverage dates
