This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility in Building B that provides comprehensive care to the Duluth community. The facility features state-of-the-art equipment and technology, supporting a collaborative environment where healthcare professionals can thrive in their practice.

Opportunity: NP/PA - Vascular Surgery & Clinic

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position in Vascular Surgery and Clinic, offering a balanced practice between clinical care and hospital-based procedures. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established team in a specialty setting.

Job Details:

• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills while working both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide healthcare to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• Split time between clinic (50%) and hospital rounds/assisting on cases (50%)
• Work schedule of four 10-hour shifts
• Average hospital census of 15-25 patients
• Care for vascular, surgical, procedural and ambulatory patients

• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Must maintain appropriate state licensure and national certification

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. May be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
