Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Neurosurgeon to join a collegial Neurosurgery team in Des Moines, Iowa.
Details:

• Case mix includes complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain and busy trauma service
• Two Clinic Days/3 OR Days
• No elective cases or clinic while on Trauma Call
• Dedicated Clinic RN for each Physician
• Call 1:4 with APP taking 1st call
• APP s primary assist with daily inpatient rounding
• On site X-Ray, CT and MRI/ Functional MRI
• Robust spine center with integrated Pain and PMR
• EMR : CERNER Moving to EPIC Fall 2025

• Competitive base salary of $1.1 million with two-year income guarantee
• $100K Signing bonus
• $15K Moving Allowance
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage
• $5K CME annual allowance
• 31-35 days time-off
