Opportunity: PA/NP - Neurosurgery

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established neurosurgical practice. The schedule offers an attractive 7 on/7 off pattern, providing excellent work-life balance while working with a collaborative team of 7 neurosurgeons in a Level 1 trauma facility.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7 on/7 off, from 0630 to 1830
• 100% inpatient floor coverage (no OR coverage)
• Responsibilities include management of neurosurgical patients in MICU, SICU, and ED settings
• Experience with both spinal and cranial cases required
• Average 10 patient encounters per shift
• Strong background in neurosurgery, post-operative care, and neurocritical care essential
• No call requirements
• Collaborative practice with 7 neurosurgeons

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
