Schedule: 3x12 hour in-house day shifts (6am-6pm), call coverage 6pm-6:30am approximately every 5 weekends, must be available Monday through Friday, 36-40 hours per week plus weekend call

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide advanced clinical support for cardiothoracic surgery patients
Perform patient assessments and manage perioperative care
Collaborate with attending surgeons and the multidisciplinary team
Respond to emergencies and provide patient care during call hours
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital guidelines

Additional Information

Active PA Nurse Practitioner license required
Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Temporary privileges approved
