Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 6 am-4:30 pm (regular), 4:30 pm-7 pm (call)
Saturday-Sunday: 6 am until work is done, call from 5 pm-7 pm

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct daily rounding on all inpatients, including ICU and stepdown units
Manage new consults and facilitate patient discharges
Oversee an average daily caseload of 10-15 patients, with a total census typically between 20-30 patients
Participate in both scheduled and on-call shifts as outlined
Perform procedures and manage cases within the cardiovascular and thoracic surgery specialty
Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation

Additional Information

Indiana NP license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Must be comfortable with relevant cases and procedures
