Position Overview: Surety & Fidelity Associate/Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide litigation support in Surety and Fidelity cases, including smaller dealer bond matters.
• Assist with professional liability cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case files.
• Priority focus on Surety and Fidelity while also supporting broader litigation needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience :
• Candidates should demonstrate a history of managing and taking responsibility for legal files.
• Eager and willing to learn new practice areas quickly.

Work Environment:

• Onsite position with collaboration across practice groups.
• No set billable hour requirements:
• Collections-based system with high Surety and Fidelity rates.
• Achievable targets (~1,700 hours) compared to typical 2,200-hour requirements.
