Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize their end-to-end supply chain operations. This fully onsite role is based in Beaverton, Oregon, and offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact on operational efficiency, vendor relationships, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory control, and demand planning.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements.
