Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry , is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join their team in Maplewood, MN . As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Maplewood, MN 55119 (Hybrid Schedule)

Pay Range: $27.00/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract (No C2C)

Job Function:

• Utilize data analytics to enhance decision-making processes within the global transportation network.

• Develop and oversee dashboards and interfaces to improve performance, reduce quality discrepancies, and optimize costs.

• Create and manage load information in routing systems to ensure efficient movement of goods and services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and improve transportation resiliency.

• Monitor project performance and analyze KPIs to ensure successful delivery of transportation and logistics projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics and multi-modal operations, including transportation modes such as FTL, LTL, Rail, and Parcel.

• Proficiency with analytical tools and systems like Microsoft Suite, Tableau, SAP, TMS, and WMS.

• Strong analytical skills with financial acumen and experience in booking transportation services.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
