Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a Supply chain Analyst who will be responsible for acquisition of materials for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and analyze supply chain data to optimize performance and support strategic decision-making.

Your role

• Research, evaluate, and select suppliers of telecom-specific hardware, software, and services, negotiating favorable prices and terms.

• Oversee the purchase order process, including managing requisitions, resolving issues with purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate supplier records.

• Implement purchasing strategies to reduce costs, manage supplier-related risks, and ensure alignment with the company's financial goals.

• Work with internal teams such as engineering, finance, and operations to support new product development and ensure supply chain alignment with overall business objectives.

• Analyze procurement data, market trends, and inventory levels to develop effective sourcing strategies and provide status reports.

• Apply specific knowledge of the telecom industry to understand network infrastructure needs and select appropriate equipment and services.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles is common.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or procurement software are usually required.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
