This position is on a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Regeneron manufactures biopharmaceuticals, including therapeutic proteins and clinical study products. The Supervisor Manufacturing Compliance (Change Control) leads a team overseeing deviations, corrective actions, and change controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and advances change control initiatives, including CAPAs and process improvements.
• Reviews, verifies, and approves system records.
• Revises controlled documentation per cGMP standards.
• Coordinates cross-functional meetings to implement change controls.
• Provides guidance to ensure GMP compliance.
• Develops strategies for complex change controls.
• Recommends corrective actions from investigations.
• Manages post-production events to meet timelines.
• Presents critical change controls to leadership and during inspections.
• Leads projects and quality initiatives.
• Performs troubleshooting and tracks quality metrics.
• Develops strategies to streamline workflows.
• Manages personnel functions like evaluations and training.

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with:

• Supervisor level: 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate Manager level: 6+ years of relevant experience.

Proven experience may substitute for education. Level will be determined based on qualifications.

Salary range: $77,600 - $148,400 annually.
