Environmental Services Supervisor

Lead a dedicated Environmental Services team in a community-centered hospital committed to safety and quality. As a Supervisor, youll champion operational excellence, foster team performance, and ensure a clean and safe environment, while making a real impact on patient experience.

Highlights of the Position

• Full-time schedule (80 hours biweekly) covering prime evening to early morning shiftstypically 1 PM to 2 AM

• Act as a guiding force, supervising EVS staff, training new team members, and maintaining departmental standards

• Direct operations, conduct quality rounds, manage work order completion, and uphold OSHA-regulated safety protocols

• Strong collaborative relationships with leadership and other departments to enhance service delivery
