Our mission and values put the patient first and helps you to feel valued while respecting teamwork and collaboration. This Psychtherapist position will oversee a staff of 15 at two locations. Waupun provides services to all age ranges to include primary therapies, medication management, etc. Ripon includes a walk-in behavioral health clinic. Travel to Fond du Lac occasionally would also be needed. This position will support a small case load as well. Job Summary:

Supervises staff and daily work activities within behavioral health.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring. Assists with hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and termination procedures.
• Coordinates delivery of patient care and/or services with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census. Completes patient evaluations and treatments as needed.
• Participates in ongoing short and long range planning to help ensure the organization's behavioral health needs are met.
• Ensure departmental compliance with federal and state regulations, regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field

EXPERIENCE:

• Four years' experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors.
• Occasional driving.
• Rare repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements and squatting.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS:
