Gpac has partnered with a civil contractor looking to add Superintendents to their team. Company specializes in the construction of water & wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and other water facilities throughout the Midwest. What comes with this Superintendent opportunity is a responsibility to run your team, direct impact with clientele, a variety of project sizes and locations and an unmatched performance-based bonus program!

Superintendent Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
