Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects from ground up. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate work schedules and ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients and architects, regarding project status and any potential issues.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction projects, with a strong background in ground-up construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
