Superintendent (Multi-Family)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction and management of multi-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage crews and subcontractors effectively while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all phases of multi-family residential construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including owners, architects, and engineers.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Experience with Wrap and Garden Style apartment projects preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
