Superintendent - Flatwork Concrete (Redmond)

We're looking for a Flatwork Concrete Superintendent who knows how to lead from the front. Our projects include curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and grading. Public infrastructure work that's fast-paced, high-volume, and detail-driven. If you've been running flatwork crews and know how to deliver clean, code-compliant work on time, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on concrete flatwork jobs
• Manage crews, subs, and daily production
• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule
• Handle layout, pours, and finish work
  

Qualifications

• 8 or more years in civil concrete construction
• Strong experience with curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and grading
• Leadership experience in the field
• Willingness to travel to job sites across the region
