Position Responsibilities

• Engage with various key aspects of Human Resources through exciting projects in recruiting, analytics, benefits, compensation, talent management, and payroll.

• Take part in corporate recruiting by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, aiming to extend full-time offers to top candidates.

• Undertake a significant project and present your findings and accomplishments to our leadership team.

• Collaborate with experienced HR professionals to support essential HR processes.

Minimum Requirements

• This 12-week internship is available exclusively to junior-status college students.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.

• Prior internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• A motivated and enthusiastic personality is key.
