The summer Internship program runs June through August, with flexible dates available, based on school schedules. Hotel Franchise Finance: Western Alliance Bank is seeking an intern to join one of the largest hotel lending teams in the United States. With a portfolio of over $4 billion in hotel assets, this fast-paced environment will expose you a variety of hotel types with major hotel ownership groups across the country. The ideal candidate will thrive in a task-oriented workflow and will possess strong analytical and communication skills. You can hope to gain an understanding of hotel real estate and commercial lending, while benefiting from team leadership with decades of experience in hotel underwriting.

What you'll need:

• Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
• To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
