As a Quick Service Restaurant Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a delightful experience for our guests. You will be the face of our brand, encouraging our customers to return time and time again. If you have a passion for serving with a smile and a knack for teamwork, this role is right for you!
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests warmly to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Efficiently process transactions at the register to minimize wait times.
- Ensure cleanliness and a pleasant appearance of the location, maintaining stock levels and food freshness.
- Assist in food preparation and follow safety protocols to provide a consistent experience.
- Take on additional duties as directed by the Restaurant General Manager.
- Meet the essential functions of the job with or without accommodations.
Working Relationships: Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, District Manager, Brand Manager, and various Corporate personnel and vendors.
Minimum Education: N/A
Preferred Education: High School or GED
Minimum Experience: N/A
Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in a restaurant setting
Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory; requirements may vary by location.

- Effective communicator with guests and team members

- Ability to quickly transition between tasks
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
- Basic computer skills are advantageous
Scheduling: This is a part-time and full-time position with various hours available, including day and night shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours), Full-time (30-40 hours) – attendance is expected on scheduled days.
Travel: N/A
Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Must be comfortable standing/walking for up to 8 hours, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and working in a cooler environment. Noise levels in the workplace are typically moderate.
Other: Specialized attire is required, including slip-resistant footwear and brand-specific uniforms.
