This is a Hybrid role: 4 days a week in-office and 1 day of work from home.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM local time.

Salary: $18.32 - $19.84 per hour depending on location.

The GEICO Payment Recovery Department is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Subrogation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while carrying out critical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send demand packages to external carriers.
• Communicate effectively with external carriers and policyholders.
• Monitor claim files for recoveries and reimburse expenses, including deductibles.
• Evaluate claims to determine necessity for further recovery efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking skills to manage listening, typing, and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Must be able to attain and maintain necessary licenses issued by various state insurance departments.
• Capability to learn and apply extensive technical and procedural information.
• Commitment to meet corporate attendance standards.

Annual Salary Range: $18.32 - $30.53
