Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to be based in Sacramento.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Subcontract Administrator supports the management of agreements with Sub-consultants from inception to closeout.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct negotiations with subcontractors to resolve disputes, and directly communicate with subcontractors to ensure they are in total compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate across functional areas to access, track and evaluate information and data necessary to manage the subcontract life-cycle.
3. Develop contracting policies and procedures.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

BA / BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Degree in Contract Management, Government Contracts, or related field + Experience working on large Infrastructure Projects, ideally Rail / Transit / Transportation Projects.
