Job Overview
Position is responsible for crafting and distributing messages related to T-Mobile's business. Position participates in the development of T-Mobile's communication planning process including knowledge of key stakeholders, development of key messages and tactical plans to support the organization's positioning and priorities. Position acts as an advisor on communications and change management for T-Mobile, interacting with internal and external partners and manages implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Partnership: Serves as a business partner and provides communications counsel including mentor and feedback to develop management communications skills; drafts and edits speeches, presentations, and e-mail; scripts, edits and produces videos, in alignment with the what we value. Becomes knowledgeable about the specific focus area of business in order to help implement client's operations and make recommendations to management, clarifies client leadership communications requirements and coordinates service delivery. Oversees positive client relationships.
• Products and Services Communications: Partners cross functionally to build communication strategies and tactics that introduce new products/services, improve brand reputation, reinforce service leadership and network quality perceptions, support change management and other key initiatives across critical internal and external stakeholders, may include the news media.
• Internal Communications: Develops and implements internal employee communications and "voice" utilizing innovative communications solutions, including enterprise portal. Ensures timely and effective implementation of integrated communications to support business priorities and future success. Reports program impact based on customer feedback and business results. Develops and implements communications messages that will enhance and protect relationships with stakeholders, customers, and the general public.
• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by management as needed. Examples may include team maintenance functions, phone inventory management, writing stories for the web; generate, supervise and update content for the portal and other on-line resources.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field (Required)
• 4-7 years Experience of developing and implementing communication plans in an agency or corporate environment. Required
• Experience in developing and leading communications strategy for dynamic organizations that have experienced significant change (eg change in response to market conditions, regulatory environment, competition, etc). Preferred

Base Pay Range: $74,100 - $133,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
