Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead field operations on complex structural concrete projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in the concrete trade and a passion for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all field activities and subcontractors.

• Maintain and update project schedules using Procore.

• Conduct daily site walks and weekly safety meetings.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 and CALOSHA safety standards.

• Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and codes.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, and trades.

• Submit daily logs and weekly progress/variance reports.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of experience in the concrete trade.

• 2–3 years of experience as a foreman or superintendent.

• Proven experience with high-rise, mid-rise, podiums, and parking structures.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong command of Procore, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.

• OSHA 30 certification required.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

• Projects delivered on budget and on schedule.

• High standards of quality and cleanliness maintained.

• Effective management of subcontractors and field crews.
