Structural BIM Coordinator (Autodesk Revit)

We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Coordinator with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit Structure to join our team. In this role, you will prepare structural drawings and models based on specifications, engineering notes, sketches, and detailed design information. Your ability to produce high-quality deliverables and coordinate effectively with engineers, clients, and project teams will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural drawings and models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations for 2D and 3D modeling.
• Create complete Building Information Models (BIM) from limited verbal or written descriptions provided by engineers.
• Exercise independent judgment in drawing production and project execution.
• Coordinate BIM and CAD deliverables with clients and external stakeholders.
• Support the structural discipline with a full range of drawing production tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working predominantly with Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Strong technical ability to create accurate 2D/3D models and construction documents.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
