Stockroom Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to join their team. As a Stockroom Clerk, you will be part of the inventory management team supporting efficient material control and stockroom functions.

Job Title: Stockroom Clerk

Location: Peabody, MA 

MUST BE WILLING TO MAKE COMMUTE TO PEABODY AS WELL AS SALEM NH

Pay Range: $20-$22/hr based on experience

Schedule: Flexible Start Time (6AM-7AM)

Mon–Thu: 9 hours/day
One Friday: 8 hours
Alternate Friday: Off
 

What's the Job?

•  Perform cycle counts and support kitting operations to ensure production readiness.
• Efficiently store incoming materials and fulfill internal material requisitions. 
• Conduct physical inventory counts of raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods. 
• Use inventory management systems (ERP, barcode scanners) to track and update stock levels. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control within a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory software and cools (ERP systems, barcode scanners) 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. 
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
