Requirements

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting goals with leadership, leading a team of Department Managers, and overseeing hiring and development of managers to ensure the restaurant's success.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
