Staff UX Designer, BrandConnect, YouTube

Base pay range: $178,000.00/yr - $265,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Build cross-functional relationships with Product Managers (PM) and Engineers (Eng) leads in BrandConnect.
• Collaborate with our User Experience (UX) partners in YouTube Ads to ensure a joined up experience for creators and their brand partners.
• Envision the future of brand partnerships on YouTube.
• Establish and define new critical user journeys for brand partnerships across YouTube Studio.
• Conceptualize and evaluate new features alongside Product Managers, Engineers and UX Researchers.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in designing, implementing, or evolving design frameworks.
• Experience in the ads or business generation space.
• Experience designing for web, Android, and iOS.
• Ability to simplify policies and processes.
• Proven track record of strategic cross-product area launches in complex spaces.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
