Our client, a leader in innovative energy solutions, is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous NPI and High Voltage experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $69.71 - $76.92 Hourly

  Manage new NPI project transfers to Manufacturing and contract manufacturers.

  Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external vendors.

• n

  Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures.

  n

• n

  Lead the electrical team in failure analysis of electrical components and implement preventative or corrective actions.

  n
n
• n

  Train manufacturing personnel on test processes, test equipment, and test software.

  n
n

What's Needed?

• n

  6-7+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or New Product Introduction.

  n
n
• n

  Experience developing schematics and wire harness CAD (using AutoCAD).

  n
n
• n

  Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting high power, high voltage equipment in a laboratory environment.

  n
n
• n

  Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  n
n
• n

  BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
