As a Sr. Space Program Manager, you will play a critical role in strategically collaborating with the eCommerce Foundation (eCF) within the broader Stores organization, focusing on key responsibilities to determine the best space outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with Occupancy Planning Teams in macro-organization-specific space allocations
• Lead occupancy planning for space strategy development
• Engage Stores leaders to detail space needs and requirements, and develop a workplace strategy for Stores' allocated spaces
• Collaborate with Stores leaders, HR, GREF, and other leaders to validate both headcount data and forecasted space demand.
• Refine space requirements and align real estate strategies with overall business objectives.
• Lead the development of space strategy implementation communications for Stores leaders.
• Contribute to the development of business cases as a space subject matter expert.
• Support GREF's defect resolution processes for Stores and own the issue escalation process, as appropriate.
