Qualifications Needed
- MUST HAVE: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with focus on enterprise technology solutions
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of hyper automation, BPM, RPA, and AI solutions
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, or similar
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Prior technology industry sales experience strongly valued
- Drive sales growth through enterprise-level new business development
- Identify and qualify new opportunities in key verticals such as banking, insurance, healthcare, telecom, and education
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
- Present and demonstrate solutions in BPM, RPA, AI, and workflow automation platforms
- Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
