Sr. Pricing Analyst

BAE Systems is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst. Responsibilities include:

1. Analyze solicitation requirements and prepare accurate, complete, and current proposals.
2. Participate on proposal teams for new and follow-on business opportunities.
3. Attend internal reviews, and assist with pricing updates, negotiations, and certifications.
4. Lead large scale >$10M proposals and cost volumes while ensuring compliance with all Government policies, regulations, and internal procedures.
5. Work closely with the proposal team to ensure the proposal is professional, compliant, accurate, competitive, and profitable.
6. Prepare and present detailed cost and/or price briefings to senior management, to include RFP pricing requirements, evaluation criteria, pricing strategies, and key financial metrics.
7. Maintain detailed pricing documentation files to serve as reference for future inquiries or audits.
8. Maintain safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental objectives and policies.
9. Prepare PDR objectives and training needs.
10. Work effectively under time critical deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
11. Maintain working knowledge of ProPricer, Excel, and other software packages utilized in the development of a cost proposal.
12. Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, TINA, CAS, Government audit and management agencies, estimating systems, and disclosure statements.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience pricing DoD proposals, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel).
• Ability to interface with various levels of management.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Knowledge of ProPricer.
• Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, TINA, CAS, government audit and management agencies, estimating systems, and disclosure statements.

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
