Senior OnBase Developer
Quincy, MA(Hybrid / Remote)
Long term contract
The need is for a senior person who will also mentor two junior/mid level OnBase developers. Candidate must be very current with heir OnBase experience and be working with version 22.1 or newer. Local candidates for hybrid onsite are strongly preferred, but remote candidates in EST or Central time zones may be considered.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled OnBase Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using Hyland OnBase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, document management systems, and business process automation, with a deep understanding of OnBase architecture, configuration, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop OnBase solutions, including workflows, forms, Unity scripts, and document composition.
Configure and maintain OnBase modules such as Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, Application Enabler, and Document Import Processor.
Integrate OnBase with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) using APIs, ODBC, and web services.
Perform system administration tasks, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor system usage and performance.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot OnBase-related issues.
Create and maintain documentation related to architecture, processes, and configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with Hyland OnBase in a development or system administration role.
Proficiency with OnBase Studio, Unity Forms, Workflow Designer, and WorkView.
Strong understanding of ECM concepts and business process automation.
Experience with scripting languages (VB.NET, C#) and SQL Server.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hyland OnBase Certified (OCSA, OCWA, OCSA-WW, etc.)
Experience in industries like healthcare, finance, government, or education.
Familiarity with ITIL or Agile methodologies.
