The role you'll contribute:

• Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations.
• Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out.
• Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance.
• Monitors work performed by outside contractors to insure requirements are met and results are documented properly.
• Responds to in-house Work Orders and PMs on daily basis, and in a timely manner.
• May be required to respond to emergency calls.
• May be required to take call in accordance with facility in a timely manner.
• Provides on the job skills training.
• Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services.
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:

• Journeyman License (if State Applicable)
• Valid Drivers License
• High School Grad or Vocational School Graduate from school of surgical technology or equivalent (e.g., military training program) Required.
