Senior Project Manager

Join our team where we provide strategic project and program management, delivery assurance, consulting, and health checks for key initiatives. As a senior project manager, you'll lead medium to high-complexity projects with minimal supervision, often navigating unstructured and ambiguous environments.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, including resource planning, timeline development, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and locations.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and produce status reports.
• Resolve project issues and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor team members and support project management best practices.
• Apply negotiation and facilitation techniques to drive outcomes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS17 and GAAP frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with structured project portfolio tools.
• Solid grasp of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and its business impact.
• General knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry.

Preferred certifications:

• PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile Project Management certification.

Additional information:

• Occasional travel may be required.
• Flexibility in working hours may be needed to support global teams.
