Role and responsibilities:
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and Data Scientist roles.
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud platforms and Databricks.
• Extensive experience in Python, PySpark
• Extensive experience in building Generative AI applications using LLMs like Open AI, Gemini, etc
• Extensive experience in Prompt Engineering
• Experience with ML Frameworks
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, and deep learning.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good Experience in MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Analyze business problems and determine where AI/ML can deliver value.
• Design and implement ML algorithms, deep learning models, and data-driven solutions.
• Build end-to-end AI systems, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model deployment.
• Work with large, structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop efficient data pipelines to prepare datasets for training and inference.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure high-quality data availability.
• Model Training, Evaluation & Deployment
• Select appropriate algorithms, architectures, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Train, validate, and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Deploy AI models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
• Monitor production models for drift, bias, and accuracy.
• Continuously improve solutions through retraining and performance tuning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX) to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in AI/ML practices.
• Advocate for responsible and ethical AI development.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, large language models, and related technologies.
• Experiment with new algorithms, frameworks, and techniques to enhance capabilities.
