Sr. Construction Project Manager - Healthcare
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects from start to finish. The role requires managing project scope, schedule, budget, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Oversee risk management and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and control project budgets.
- Allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Implement process improvements for project efficiency.
- Lead and guide project teams.
- Utilize Agile methodologies for project execution.
- Coordinate scheduling and milestone delivery.
- Conduct quality assurance checks.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
- Manage change initiatives during project transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
- At least 5 years of healthcare construction project management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and healthcare compliance.
- Experience with resource allocation and team leadership.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
- Experience with process improvements and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent scheduling and time management skills.
- Certifications like OSHA 10, LEED AP, or DBIA are advantageous.
