Job Description:

  Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses

• n

  Collaborate with both internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executed

  D etermine root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action as needed

  n
n
• n

  Write inspection procedures and assist in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositions

  n
n
• n

  Analyze quality performance for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas

  n
n
• n

  Serve as primary customer Quality interface which may include having to conduct customer business briefings

  n
n

Qualifications:

n
• Bachelor's degree i n industrial engineering , Electrical Engine ering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field
n

Preferred Skills:

n
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, and/or simulation tools like Arena, CAD, and/or AutoCAD
n
