Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of Splunk Admin, Dynatrace, and Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring.

Integrate monitoring tools with existing systems to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.

Analyze Medicare and Medicaid Claims data to identify performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize claims processing and reduce operational errors.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Conduct system audits and performance evaluations to maintain optimal functionality and security.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Mentor junior team members on monitoring best practices and emerging technologies.

Gather business requirements and deliver tailored monitoring solutions.

Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.

Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Stay updated on infrastructure monitoring trends and innovations.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Splunk Admin, Dynatrace AppMon, and Zabbix.

Proven experience in infrastructure monitoring within healthcare or claims processing environments.

In-depth understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Claims workflows and compliance requirements.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience in hybrid work environments.

Willingness to travel occasionally to support project needs.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 09/5/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000 $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
