• PRN position 
• Inpatient Setting 
• Organizes and conducts defined portions of the Speech Language Pathology to facilitate the habilitation or rehabilitation of people with speech, language, cognitive linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing disabilities. 
• Directs patient participation in selected activities to establish, enhance, and restore speech, language, cognitive linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing abilities or compensate for their loss.
• Patient evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning. Patient treatment. Documentation.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Therapy program

License Requirements:

Licensed by the State of Ohio to practice Speech-Language Therapy.
