Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support K12 students across campuses in South Central and Northeast Austin for the 20252026 school year. These monolingual roles begin November 3, 2025, and run through May 28, 2026. Virtual interviews are available, and a hybrid schedule is offered with one remote day per week guaranteed.

Position Details

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Hours: 37.5/week
• Modality: In-person with 1 remote day/week
• Pay Rate: $58/hour
• Openings: 2
• Caseload: 4555 students
• Grade Levels: K12
• Classroom Support: Speech team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in educational settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and stay current with best practices

Minimum Requirements

• Active Texas SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by contract)
• CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
