Special Education Teacher (SPED)

Health Advocates Network is seeking a Special Education Teacher (SPED) to work at a facility in Phoenix, AZ. This is a registry position with our company. Pay Rate: $47.50 / hour Shift Details: Class: SPED Shift: 1 Start: 06:45:00 End: 15:15:00

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Provide direct instruction in a variety of subjects, tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of each student
• Monitor student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Special Education Teacher (SPED)
• Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field
• Valid teaching certificate in special education
• Experience working with students with disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must have up to date certification in the state of AZ
