Spectrum Healthcare Resources is excited to offer a potential full-time opportunity for a step down unit registered nurse to support the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) in Houston, TXa nationally recognized VA facility committed to serving our nation's heroes.

What we're looking for:
- Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in critical care nursing
Key responsibilities:
As a step down unit RN, you'll play a vital role by:
- Providing patient-centered care across a variety of needsfrom health promotion to end-of-life support
- Monitoring and managing both acute and chronic conditions
- Supporting rehabilitation efforts to help patients achieve their highest level of function
- Delivering all care in alignment with the Texas Nurse Practice Act
