Specialist Data Admin (Supply Chain)

Title: Supply chain Analyst
location: Dalas TX
Duration: 6+month High possibility for extension
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00 PM CST
The Supply Chain Admin is under the EOA Supply Chain Department, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager. This position is in charge of a lens products portfolio for which he/she is responsible for maintaining inventory and supporting assistance to other planners.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for executing orders to the respective suppliers
• Responsible for reviewing and screening orders for then release based on current inventory
• Analyze backorders and develop action plan to speed up recovery based on current inventory available between DCs. Provide reliable recovery dates.
• Responsible for analyzing SKU level attributes such as safety stock, lead times for Distribution Centers (DCs)
• Monitor essential KPI's and review corrective actions when outside established boundarie
• All other duties assigned by management within the scope of this position
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in various database software applications
• Working knowledge of office and functional specific software applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem - solving skills
• Strong organization skills with the attention to detail
• Management of multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to articulate and apply the core values to all aspects of work
