We're seeking a Special Education Teacher to lead a Life Skills classroom for elementary grades. You'll work closely with a collaborative team and under the guidance of the Special Education Program Administrator to deliver individualized instruction and support that truly makes a difference.

Position Details:

• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Grade Levels: Elementary (Life Skills Classroom)
• Pay: $46/hour + Full Benefits
• Type: Full-Time
• Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Do:

• Deliver personalized instruction focused on life skills and functional academics
• Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusive practices
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with families and support teams
• Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Valid Indiana teaching certificate (required)
• Experience working with students with special needs (preferred)
• Certifications such as LBS1, CPR, and health screenings (a plus)
• Strong communication, patience, and a passion for inclusive education
