Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with high needs? We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join our team in the Grand Rapids area.

Position Details:

• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• Pay: Starting at $22/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, school hours
• Start Date: Immediate openings available!

Minimum Requirements:

• 60 college credit hours or an Associate Degree
• Ability to support students with all personal care needs, including toileting
• CNA experience highly preferred
• Prior experience working with children in any capacity is a strong plus

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be patient, reliable, and committed to supporting students with diverse needs
• Have experience in special education or healthcare settings
• Be comfortable working 1:1 or in small group environments
• Be ready to jump in and make an impact from day one
